A practical example

From a six-page PDF, selecting 1,3-5 produces four pages: source pages 1, 3, 4 and 5. Selecting 5,1 produces pages 1 then 5, in source order.

Selectable text stays as text; pages are copied rather than turned into screenshots. Always compare your output with the original before sharing it.

Before you start

What kinds of PDFs are supported?

Ordinary static PDFs, including supported text and scanned pages. Password-protected and permission-restricted files, forms, signed PDFs, active content, attachments, layers and unsupported annotations are refused. This is not a PDF repair or security sanitization service.

What are the limits?

Up to 10 files, 10 MiB each and 20 MiB combined, with no more than 100 pages. A page may be at most 3000 pt per side and 2 million square pt. Output is limited to 30 MiB combined; processing tasks have a 15-second limit. A MiB is 1,048,576 bytes. Some complex files may fail even within these limits.

Will bookmarks, metadata and signatures be kept?

Bookmarks require your explicit agreement to discard them. Document-level metadata is not carried into the new PDF. Forms and signatures are not supported. Simple web links and plain text notes are supported within the documented limits; complex interaction is not.

Are my files uploaded?

No PDF content, filename or page selection is sent. Processing libraries load from this site. Optional usage analytics, your actively sent feedback and an opened payment dialog are separate. Analytics excludes QA, opted-out and unknown-host visits. Feedback on staging is sent only to the test service.

How do I save on my phone?

Use Download PDF, or Open PDF if your browser provides a viewer and save or share controls. Multiple outputs are saved individually, with no automatic batch downloads. The site cannot confirm a system save. Physical phone saving remains unverified.

Can I leave the page while processing?

Processing is cancelled when this page is hidden or you navigate away. Return and start again. Leaving the tool clears the in-memory files and result; nothing is stored as a document history.

For image conversion, download first and choose the file in Image Tools. Files are not passed between sites.
